Delivery problem

There can be several reasons: 1. The delivery address inserted does not exist (or the courier didn’t find it) 2. The delivery address is incomplete 3. The courier tried to contact you but the phone number was not valid These are very rare cases. Please contact us immediately for these cases. However, it is possible to track your package in the “orders” section of your personal account.

The splitting of the order in different packages is possible for one of the cases below: 1. The products arrive and have been shipped from different warehouses 2. We needed to complete the production for one particolar product 3. The maximum weight limit set by customs has been reached 4. The warehouses are located in different countries and the shipment checks may require different times

In your personal account you can change the delivery address whenever you want. Once the order is completed, if it is not shipped, we can change the address. If the package has been sent it will be too late for any modification. Therefore, please always check that the address entered is the correct one before proceeding with the completion of the order.

Payments

Usually, the cases of mistakes are due to incorrect information entered during the payment phase. If the payment is made by card, it is very common for errors to occur when entering the card code, expiry date or security code. Sometimes, however, there may be errors because the maximum that can be spent with the card has been reached or because your card has expired. For all these cases we ask you to contact your bank. If you paid through PayPal we ask you to check with PayPal support team.

As for the personal information entered to complete the order, these information will be used and provided to couriers for the normal completion of the order. Promotions / Discount coupons

There can be several reasons: 1. Some discount codes do not work on products that are already discounted 2. The promotional code has expired. 3. Some promotions are not valid for certain types of products (new products, limited series, etc.)

No, you can only apply one discount code for a single order. If you have more promotional codes you can keep them for future orders. Just pay attention to the validity date of the discount codes. Some promotions are only valid for short periods.

Returns and Refunds

No, but in some cases where there is an obvious defect but the refund is not requested we can proceed with the creation of a coupon code that can be spent on the site.

No, the return shipment is at the customer’s expense. The customer will have to provide the code to track the package.

It can take 15 to 20 business days to confirm a refund. The times for crediting the amounts depend only on the type of payment and the timing provided by the bank intermediaries. The timing also depends on the email / photo exchange with the customer to be able to ascertain the defect of the item. Furthermore, we can only proceed with the refund once we have received the code to track the package sent back by the customer.

Once the anomaly of the article has been verified and certified, we will provide you with the label to send the package back and then we will refund the payment (one you give us the tracking number).

Shipping

If we have provided you a tracking number, it means that the shipment has been made correctly. After leaving our warehouse, the package is transported by international couriers. Please contact us when your tracking number does not exist.

There can be two types of order cancellation: 1. Cancellation of an unpaid order. An order that has not been paid will be automatically canceled by us or you can also resolve it by going to the private section of your account under “My orders” >> “Cancel the order”. 2. Cancellation of a paid order. For this case, we ask you to contact us because we need to check whether the order has already been shipped or not. If the order has been shipped it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.

It is possible that the courier has deposited the package in the mailbox, in an internal courtyard or perhaps left it with a neighbor. The courier’s operation does not depend on us. We invite you to check one of these possibilities. To avoid these cases, we recommend you to indicate any special requests for delivery in the order notes.

Once the order has been completed, we will arrange the shipment in a very short time. Each time the order is shipped you should receive an email from us. Sometimes it’s possible that due to an informatic issue the email did not reach you. We ask you to verify that the email address is correct and if everything is ok, contact us and we will check the reason of the error.

In the private section of your account you can find a section called “Orders” where there is a direct link to the online site we use to track the international shipments.

Delivery times are mainly given by the time of order processing, payment verification, shipping and delivery. We are usually very fast in all the steps that are managed by our company. However, once we have made the shipment we must wait for the times of the international couriers. After 1-3 days you may already see that the shipment has been successfully completed, but for the delivery we need to wait international shipping times.
